Probably a large "wedding cake" riverboat docked in New Orleans that heads upriver come heat or hurricane.

If money is no object, i'm getting two houses . One in New York City either in Manhattan or on Long Island. And, somewhere in the Bay Area, but not trapped in the midst of too much population density (anything over 8,000 people per sq. mile would be too high). Probably somewhere a mile or two outside one of the big three Bay Area cities.

Not to sound like another snobby euro, but Manhattan is the only place in this country that interests me. The people are fashionable, chic, smart, the glamor is actually real and it is the empire of culture and wealth.

It is a city jammed packed with tourists, hedge fund moguls, transient global billionaires and their offspring, trashy Russian Oligarchs, fashionistas, hipsters and the dreamers! The parties, the food scene, the shopping, the 24/7 lifestyle, the hip atmosphere - I don't think there is anyhere as fabulous to be wealthy in the states.

So a 15,000 square foot duplex loft in SoHo, a suite at The Plaza Hotel Residences for when I'm partying with the oldies uptown, a house in the 8 Arrondissement and a sprawling mansion on the Riviera. I'd probably keep a flat in London's Chelsea or just live in the Dorchester hotel when I'm in town!
This should be in a brochure.

I can live in any city I want as it is. I'll stay here in Chicago with my kinsmen and friends. Some of you know what those are.
