Baltimore is in a separate MSA so it isn't exactly a second city. Still, since it is in a DC/Baltimore CSA, I guess there is some validity to the second city label. Anyway, the planned new Under Armor headquarters, etc. at Port Covington is a huge $5.5 billion project. This is possibly the biggest project in Baltimore has ever seen.

Worcester MA is redeveloping its downtown. Hopefully it works, downtown Worcester is kind of desolate.

Good post TCHP. I was, if you couldn't tell, responding partially tongue-in-cheek. I'd like to see much, much more being done downtown. Perry Sanders who owns the Mining Exchange and recently purchased the Antlers is leading the way. The man has a vision that can put COS on the map.
