Boise State, nice and simple, to the west we have College of Idaho, used to be Albertson's College, but the name caught a lot of flack understandably.

Depaul, Loyola, UIC, University of Chicago, Northwestern (the main campus is in Evanston, but they have a downtown campus, too), Columbia College, North Park, Roosevelt, St. Xavier, IIT, Chicago State, and others.

There are more in the suburbs. More in the city, for that matter. I just can't think of all of them right off hand....
