In Illinois, I had to take a written test. No driving though.

I would surprised if I had to take a written or driven test for a license in a new state. I'd never even thought about that before.

I was going to make a joke about how FL doesn't care because everyone drives like a maniac anyway, but I think the only state where I've had to take a written test to convert was Oregon.
