Of these, it'd be Chicago, but since I'm not a visitor, I'll vote for my second choice, which is Seattle.

No mention of Orlando, which has a very clean and prosperous downtown.

"small metro?" I guess compared to most of the cities in the poll, but certainly not compared to where you live, Indianapolis. I have been trying to convince folks this for a long time of the boom going on in Louisville....but downtown is actually not the most happening area.

I haven't been to the majority of these so I won't vote however I felt that Miami and Los Angeles were both dirty.

Minneapolis is so clean that it makes me feel like I'm up in Canada. Of the cities listed, I would say that Seattle is pretty clean and Chicago is impressively clean for being such a big city.

Orlando is not really a major metro though, more like a mid-major. No mention of DC is an oversight though given how clean it is, and I'm talking in the commercial areas/downtown which is largely removed from the major tourist areas.

Agreed. I think DC definitely belongs on the list, and I think I would've chosen it over Seattle.

Chicago by far, not only is it clean, but the flowers and landscaping the city does every summer is immaculate. I was impressed.
Downtown Phoenix is also fairly clean.
