I was wondering about where is generally less traffic among thees cities:
Orlando
Tampa bay (St Pete)
Austin
Dallas
Houston
San Diego
Orange county
Portland
Seattle

I see that`s difficult question) If someone have ever been to several cities of that i`ve posted above and could share info, i would be thankful!
Also i would be thankful much more if someone give me a link to official statistic (if it exist) of congestion the roads.
What`s the major cause of traffic jam? Accidents? Road construction?
Does someone has a youtube movies with traffic jam? (doesn`t matter in what city)
