Hopkins MN, Eggertsville NY(CDP), Farmington Hills MI and perhaps Pickerington OH are some that fit all or most of the criteria. All fit in terms of the home budget.

It isn't even 10% Black. Same with Cary or Chapel Hill.

Except Madison doesn't. It's only 7.4% black, and the OP required a minimum of 15%.

Sorry, but I checked the census before I posted...did you? It was 20.1% in 2010, and that has risen.

Huh.

Wikipedia has lied to us. I don't know what to believe anymore. What is truth?

That is for Madison(town), not the city of Madison.

Huh. Color me surprised about Chapel Hill. Doesn't surprise me about Cary though actually, that town is pretty vanilla. Chapel Hill is 9.7% black and 12% asian. 72% white. Well OP that's about 28% non white population in Chapel Hill. Raleigh and Durham fit the bill, though.

Yeah, Chapel Hill surprised me too. I thought that if it was under 15%, that it was in the 10-15% range.

A couple the places I mentioned earlier are just under and a couple are a little bit over.

Susquehanna Township outside of Harrisburg PA may be another community to consider. Schools may be the only potential concern, but they aren't terrible. Susquehanna Twp.
