I'm in Tennessee and it's Electric Bill maybe because my apartment is entirely electric so it's the only thing they bill me for. The apartment complex includes sewer and water in my rent. But the bill itself that I receive monthly on a postcard isn't titled anything. I'm looking at it right now. The website calls it the Utility Bill.

I have lived in Texas for 25 years and in the South most of my life. I say "electric bill," but I occasionally have heard people, mostly older than me, say "light bill."
then we have a gas bill and a water bill being in the city.
