West Chicago, IL has the Cascade Drive-In theatre. Been going there since I was a kid.

Tulsa still has the Admiral Twin.

Tulsa and Jenks Movie Theaters - Admiral Twin, Riverwalk Movies (http://www.selectcinemas.com/pages/admiral.html - broken link)

There's even a band in Tulsa that is named after the Admiral Twin.
