Just to be clear when I say cultural I don't just mean race, I'm talking about a city where a "good ol boy" a hippie, a hipster, a wealthy black family and recent immigrants can all live in the same neighborhood and live in harmony. Is there any city in America where this is common?

This type of diversity is common in big cities like New York, LA, Chicago, Philly, etc.
But not so common in individual city neighborhoods.
