PA's got some great ones:

Blue Ball
Intercourse
Paradise

There's an old saying that you have to go through Blue Ball and Intercourse to reach Paradise.

I hope that doesn't get censored - those really are town names.

Of course I've been to Intercourse...HA! If you plan to go, have Bird-in-Hand (in your itinerary) because that's a town nearby (honest).

The Canadian province of Newfoundland has a few good ones - Heart's Content, Bay Bulls, Venison Tickle, Cupids, Joe Batt's Arm.

A friend of mine once worked handling telephone complaints in Oregon. She would ask callers from where they were calling, and once or twice got the answer, Boring, Oregon.

She would say, "Yes, I know, but where are you calling from?" until she learned that there was a town called Boring.
