I dont know about which is good for a black man to find someone, but for Asian women Seattle and for Latino women DEFINATLY Miami!!!

now here's a question i can answer with confidence.
san diego! i live here and interracial relationships are insanely high. in fact, im half white and half filipino -- born and raised here in san diego, and this area has a crap load of asians and hispanics. the area is mostly white; not so many blacks though i must admit!

for hispanic women I would say anywhere in Cali,Albuquerque,Denver,Phoenix,Miami,Dallas
Asians-anywhere in Cali and Seattle

Houston. Plenty of both here, lots of IR couples, and the city is very diverse and integrated.
