Missouri.
Yes, um... liberals should definitely stay away from Missouri. Not liberal friendly. Nope.
Please. By all means. We have enough liberals in the cities. We have all we need for the time being. We'll call you if needed.
Will make exception for 'classical' liberals i.e., libertarians. Not the socialist sort, though. Taxes aren't too bad, so I'd like to keep them that way.
M-i-s-s-o-u-r-i.... for those who don't know how to spell.
Thank you.

In WI at my kid's school, kids got made fun of (so I hear) for voting for Obama in the school election by kids who supported McCain. Of course that's just kids but it does tell you something.

Trust me.... I drove through a little town, and there was a party and barbeque in downtown the day after the election to celebrate the passage of Amendment 2. It passed with about 90% of the vote in that county.
in Naples. You cannot get much more conservative than that. What in the world am I doing here?

You must be real bummed that San Diego county along with all SoCal counties voted Democratic [except Orange county & some inland farm counties in the Central Valley]. I don't know where you get your information other than anecdotal or wishful thinking. BTW, part of the reason San Diego went Democratic like the rest of California is because the military also voted for Obama.

Probably the worse state for liberals is Utah because of all the Mormons.

Naples is extremely fiscally conservative, and somewhat socially conservative.

Ditto for Ft. Myers.

The smaller towns in SW Florida are extremely conservative all around.

Reminds me of where I was born in Texas....

Uh, fred, I've already addressed this. Do you not have a response? Perhaps you should moderate yourself then as obviously you're unable to have a discussion between adults. If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen, as the American president Truman said.

I don't know if I could say that any state would be the "WORST STATE" when it comes to Liberals. For every Ying you need a Yang, for every good you need a bad, it's a balance thing. All this "we're right, your wrong" stuff have been going on for years and where has it gotten us, into alot of useless wars. Doesn't the word WAR stand for We Are Right.

So I would have to say that a "Peaceful State of mind is the best state to be in".

I'm sure there are places in the US where the Obama kids made fun of the McCain kids.

And the sad part of both sides of the story is, "they were taught that by thier DUMB parents". I think they call that "Parental Programing".
