Mostly Ukrainians, Russians (not really THAT European in a way).

I recently heard some Spaniards but they were obviously tourists.

Not even on hispanics outside of Mexicans.

The enormous majority of Hispanics in San Jose are almost entirely Mexicans.

I've been looking for South Americans in the area and I've not been lucky at all.
