There is supposedly not another bridge like it in the US.
That's pretty cool looking!

The Brooklyn Bridge is super cool and is the second most recognizable bridge after the Golden Gate, but I don't even think it is the most beautiful bridge in NYC. That isn't so say I don't think it is beautiful, but I like the George Washington Bridge better.

There are so many cool bridges that it would be hard to pick a top 5.

I do really like the Roebling Bridge in Cincinnati.

I remember being scared out of my mind as a little kid crossing the Astoria–Megler Bridge since it is so narrow and high.

Vicksburg Bridge (AKA the new Vicksburg Bridge) over the Mississippi River is my favorite in my home state.

But seriously, the best one in the country has to be either the Ben Franklin Bridge or the Brooklyn Bridge.

after that the Golden Gate Bridge as #3

#4 Hell's Gate Bridge in New York.

#5 Bay Bridge in San Francisco.

Has anyone mentioned the Linn Cove Viaduct on the Blue Ridge Parkway? Not, strictly speaking a bridge, but a very wonderful structure for engineering and beauty.

Mackinaw bridge in Michigan is not well known but a beautiful engineering wonder set against the beauty of the straights of mackinaw. The bridge is so significant that it is often considered a symbol of the state of Michigan. Funny how this huge five mile long suspension bridge is often unknown.
