I like the S. Wells area of Reno - the grid plan, tight density, older lampposts, and signs for businesses in Spanish remind me of the SW side of Chicago, where I'm from.

The Old Southwest/Newlands Manor neighborhood reminds me of the nicer NW/SW neighborhoods (Edison Park, Sauganash, Beverly) or Oak Park/River Forest.

That Heritage Hills area looks great! At least until you turn down 14th St. Clearly, that street was decimated in recent years by those huge parking lots on both sides.
