Me too! Yeah, they do cost a fortune. It's crazy to think how "cheap" these same homes were in the 1980's/1990's.
Wish I could've snagged a few up...


South Philly is much more affordable and also has tiny streets. Some have lights strung across from house to house the length of the street, which is pretty.

My favorite sfh neighborhood in Raleigh is Cameron Park. It's a street car neighborhood built 100 years ago about a mile west of the state capitol building. My favorite residential area of Indianapolis is Woodruff Place. It is a very small neighborhood, known locally for its fountains.
