My favorite sfh neighborhood in Raleigh is Cameron Park. It's a street car neighborhood built 100 years ago about a mile west of the state capitol building. Wtf are you talking about?? The woman collapsed on the sidewalk. This kind lady stopped her vehicle in the middle of the street, got out, and helped the other woman off the ground. Take your racist a** somewhere else. We all know the only reason you would say something like that is because the kind-hearted good samaritan has more melanin in her skin.
