Ive never been to Dallas, and I think Philly should be in the top three, but other than that, pretty fair assessment

nyc is pretty dirty, but its safe to say that it is spotless compared to 20 years ago

the funny thing about this list is that its exxagerating.

Baltimore wasn't even that dirty when i went, neither was miami.

but i also find it funny that L.A is number 4 seeing that the l.a posters here like to laugh at how dirty nyc is. hahah

Alot of people west of the Delaware River seems to take a jab at NYC for how dirty it is, not just Californians.

Well there is a lot of street cleaning so I am sure it is better than it used to be years ago.
