Where is humidity the lowest?

El Paso or Tucson are very sunny and not as hot as Las Vegas and Phoenix.

I believe Yuma,Arizona is the sunniest place in the country or at least thats what I read on wiki. However it may be too hot for you as the average summer high is about 107.

Check out Albuquerque, too. Or if you want a little more heat in the summer, Las Cruces, NM (a short drive from El Paso)

Las Cruces for sure.

More heat in summer then Albuquerque...and winter too

More sun too.

Average annual percentage....

Albuquerque 77 percent
Las Cruces 85 percent

Want more....Yuma is the place ....over 90 percent
But you pay for it with furnace-like heat in summer
