1. Going into the business field/might start own business.

2. Must be a big city like in the top 12.

3. By the ocean.

4. Preferably decent weather/ not too cold for a long time. But I guess weather isn't that big of a deal.

5. I am not really into diversity, so a not too diverse area in a large metro; since I know most large metros are pretty diverse. And white people cant be crazy republican or crazy liberal, just normal not too extreme politically.

6. Lots of things to do.

7. I'm a little materialistic so a little materialistic vibe/flashy is nice.

8. Fun vibes/ nice people!

Where do I belong???

I don't see anything that fits your criteria. Big cities tend to be diverse

This. Even in the close-in "not too diverse" areas of major metros, diversity is still within arm's reach. Sounds like you may want to consider the exurbs, in which case you might as well consider smaller metro areas that aren't as diverse all around.

I'd guess Jacksonville. The city is maybe the 11th to 15th largest in population, but the metro ranks in the 30's. I'd guess it to be mostly black and white, so not too diverse compared to other cities near an ocean or Gulf.

I was going to say Houston but it doesn't meet your diversity requirement as it is the most diverse city in the nation. It's also 40 miles inland from the Gulf of Mexico.

I was also thinking about Tampa, but I do believe it's rather diverse also.

Seattle, is not diverse but it can get cold there and stay cold for awhile.

If you would define your criteria that would help alot.

Sounds like you would enjoy North County San Diego or coastal Orange County, California.

There's no place you can live. Big cities are diverse and the people tend to be liberal. Are you white?
Seattle might be your best bet, except the liberals.

2nd Lake Michigan is less than 3 hours away and will substitute the Ocean just fine

The OP doesn't pass the sniff test. You want a top 10 or so big city that isn't diverse? Good luck.

Seattle, but it might be too expensive and too liberal for you.
