I don't think Conservative and Republican voting are synonymous.

I remember reading a list a few years ago that said the top three most conservative cities were:
1. Provo, UT
2. Lubbock, TX
3. Abilene, TX (my hometown)

This thread is pointless. You want a bunch of people to dig up easily assessable information for your, in all likelihood, facetious question. There are numerous sites listing the most conservative towns, regions, and states in America.

Mesa and Gilbert AZ usually rank high due to the high concentration of LDS.

South central PA tends to be pretty conservative, with only the urban centers and adjoining townships being liberal. These counties: Cumberland, Fulton, Juniata, Mifflin, York, Lancaster, Lebanon, Adams, Perry, Schuylkill are quite red. Dauphin is blue due to Harrisburg city and surrounding townships. Berks is split 50/50. Fulton County is one of the most conservative % wise in the state of PA. Lancaster and York counties are two of the most conservative by raw # lead for the Republican (usually 40-60k GOP lead, each).

For some reason Belleville, PA in Mifflin? County is very red, maybe the most in PA.

But you have to also be Dutch Reformed. So, convert or be shunned.

Where ever it is, I will probably be never fully accepted there. Been to so many places in this where I felt I welcomed.
