I've been to all bordering states of Oklahoma; visited Texas and Arkansas countless times, Missouri and Kansas three times, New Mexico twice, and Colorado once.

Ah, yes, good call. Having moved from New York to Rhode Island, that still strikes me as strange. I remember looking at a big map of Long Island many years ago and thinking, "What's this place?" when I got to the eastern tip -- and being surprised when it turned out it was Block Island, part of Rhode Island.

There's a spot in Stonington, Connecticut, where you can stand next to the water and see both New York and Rhode Island.

NJ only has NY, PA, and DE. Been to all of them. Plus the Atlantic Ocean, our eastern border!

From New Hampshire, and I've been to all: Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine, and Quebec Province.

Living in Pennsylvania now, I've been to New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, but never Ohio.

I'm not sure what you'd count as my home state, since I was born in PA and have lived in Pittsburgh for 12 years, but I grew up in Connecticut.

I've been to all states which border CT. Rhode Island I've spent the least time in - the most substantial time was spending some time in a music store in Providence when I was in college. I don't remember it very well any longer.

I've been to all the states which border PA as well. Delaware though I only stopped at the rest stop on 95 while driving to DC, so I'm not entirely sure if it counts.

Edit: I also went to college in Massachusetts, but I've never been to New Hampshire.

I live in North Carolina and have been to all of our border states many, many times (South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, and Tennessee). The NC/SC border is only about 6 miles (as the crow flies) from my house.
