I've been in all the states that have bordered the ones I've lived in, just haven't spent maybe a whole lot of time in Delaware.

Native Pennsylvanian here who hasn't been to Ohio (Ironically, I've been to Hawaii and Europe, lol).

More ironically, I do plan a visit to Ohio in the near future, even though I now live in New England. Life is funny.

From Indiana. I've been to the 4 surrounding states but never spent the night in Kentucky. In fact, other than the quick drive north to south through the state, I think I've only ever left the car for a bite to eat in Elizabethtown. Spent the night numerous times in Illinois, a few times in Michigan, and once or twice in Ohio, but I've visited all those states many times, especially Michigan since I grew up about 10 miles from the state line.

I lived in California briefly but never set foot in Oregon. I've been to Nevada and Arizona a few times each as well as the bordering Baja California state in Mexico.

You've never been to TN, either?

I'm from VA and been to all its bordering states, though I can count KY only because of the CVG airport, and TN only from visitng Memphis a couple of times.

I bet you live in eastern North Carolina. I live in Tennessee and from where I live eastern NC is as far away as parts of Florida, even though the NC border itself is only 40 miles away. North Carolina is a long state and I bet many in eastern NC have never set foot in Tennessee.

Same thing here. I never had a reason to go.

I have lived in 3 states and have visited most of the states that border them. I was born in and spent my childhood in Wisconsin. I visited Illinois regularly as I had relatives there (and still do while I hardly know anyone in WI anymore). I visited a town called Land O' Lakes WI on the border of the UP of Michigan and we drove into MI. At the time I remember being surprised the UP existed, up until then I assumed all of MI was east of WI across Lake Michigan. Then in 1999, many years after I left WI I had a fun few days visiting someone in Minnesota. The only State that borders WI that I have never been to is Iowa.

I spent most of my life in Nevada and visited every state that borders it including California which I visited frequently. It wasn't until I moved to Washington State however that I went to Idaho, I drove through it on the move.

Washington doesn't have a lot of bordering states, just Oregon and Idaho. I visited Portland and other parts of Oregon in 1991,1992, and 2000 not knowing I would ever live in the Northwest. I have never been to British Columbia or any part of Canada but would like to.

From Illinois; don't think I've ever been to Iowa. I've just never had a reason to go; we don't have any family there, I didn't do any college visits there (my brother did, though), and driving routes on vacations have never happened to pass through it. I'd like to visit someday, but I can't think of any particular thing I'm missing out on.
