Kansas City is Huckster

Cleveland is Rustic

Baltimore is Brawny

I can't figure out Cleveland and Baltimore, they could be interchangeable.

Well, with only one to go, I really thought we'd make it and all would be revealed before the 6:00 pm time I set. Didn't work that way. So it looks like I, edsg25, have to reveal Clue 5 myself.

and that would be..
05 rustic - Seattle (g500 gave us Portland...so close for it would have worked for either of that pair)

thus the complete list, as follows.....and thanks to all who played my game. You guys did incredibly well and you know your cities.

01 sultry - Miami
02 eclectic - San Francisco
03 unionized - Detroit
04 cultured - Boston
05 rustic - Seattle
06 exotic - New Orleans
07 rambunctious - Chicago
08 monumental - Washington
09 hot - Phoenix
10 glamorous - Los Angeles
11 sudsy - Milwaukee
12 ultimate - New York
13 loving - Philadelphia
14 decadent - Las Vegas
15 showy - Dallas
16 pristine - Minneapolis
17 tropical - Honolulu
18 huckster - Atlanta
19 altitude - Denver
20 brawny - Pittsburgh
21 religious - Salt Lake
22 oily - Houston

Sorry, but what is rustic about Seattle? Maybe 125 years ago, but what the heck are you talking about? Rustic means rural, without modern convenience. About the total opposite of Seattle. Perhaps that was why it was the last one to go down.

But, seriously, a nice, fun concept on here despite the total Seattle failure. Cheers.
