How big are we talking? There are a bunch of good conservative towns all over the country. My favorites in my state are McPherson, Manhattan, Kansas side of KC, Derby, Newton, and a handful of others I can't think of right now. Most of those are 40K+ except McPherson which is probably around 20K. All low crime, great quality of life, low cost of living relative to the national average.

Carmel, Indiana has been voted one of the best places to live by Money magazine twice. It's conservative by about any measure.
