Wow! I've visited 20 out of 50 states (40% of the US) and this is all I have to show for it!
Had you known that you were going to be called out on C-D, you could have been more strategic about your travels and added a few more states by merely crossing the borders from some of the counties you had visited.
I was gonna post my map, but its more pathetic than I thought. 2017 I'm hoping will be a big travel year though. Hoping to finally make it out West and to the Midwest, and down to the Gulf Coast.
The eastern seaboard is pretty much all Ive known so far.
Mine isn't as impressive as some other people's but here is mine, it might not be completely accurate. Also embarrassingly I've never visited my state capitol, just drove past it.

Alright so, I marked the counties I have actually visited. My terms being, was there on foot, met people there, had a bite to eat, all the way on up to visited a personal friend/lived there/stayed there for more than a day.
Now chances are I forgot a few places, because I have traveled this general arc a lot; you can pretty much tell where my road most traversed has taken me.
I left out the counties driven through because, well, figuring that out is a far more time consuming than I can currently afford. You'd be safe to bet that most of the counties around the ones I have marked would be blue as car is the only way I have ever traveled.
EDIT: For some reason imgur will not work.
EDIT: Tumblr won't work either...? What am I doing wrong here.

The thing is, I really had no control over that. Most of my travels to the South and Midwest were done in Summer 2009, when I was only 13 years old (I'm 21 now). I had an amazing opportunity to travel across the country and tour a few college campuses through the TRiO program. My family wasn't as middle-class back then as we are now, so I qualified for that program.

Yep! I remember stopping by a Cracker Barrel for dinner back while there back in Summer 2009. I really want to return to SC and visit Charleston and Columbia one day.
