This thread was made to find a lot of those that do, you are free to start one to find areas to avoid people that party hard.
Just saying, since you seem to be attacking everyone who doesn't enjoy partying hard as "snakes that are married, look down on those that are not, and put up the fake self-righteous act to make themselves feel better about their miserable married adult life" when you are the one looking down on them.
The CDC recently came out with statistics regarding city neighborhoods and binge drinking. Apparently Lakeview in Chicago was in the top 1% nationwide for binge drinking, although that isn't exactly shocking. It's home to Wrigleyville and Boystown.

Most thirty year olds don't get passed out drunk. They have jobs. Not judging you, do your thing, but drink to have fun, why do people have to pass out?

if you want to see a significant population of people ages 25-35 getting very drunk go to any gay bar. Before I get attacked I am well aware there are plenty of gay men who do not binge drink but based on my personal experiences it's not unusual.

As someone who moved to Boystown a few years back in order to be walking distance to various bars first and amenities like grocery stores and restaurants second, I know what you're talking about. There's some bars I would not recommend someone walk into unless they're positively hammered.
Also the CDC defines binge drinking as 5 drinks for men and 4 drinks for women in the span of 2 hours. That's not a lot of drinks by Chicago standards. At all.
