I've been to:

Juneau Alaska
Phoenix Arizona
Concord New Hampshire
Sacramento California
Trenton New Jersey
Denver Colorado
Hartford Connecticut
Albany New York
Dover Delaware
Raleigh North Carolina
Atlanta Georgia
Columbus Ohio
Honolulu Hawaii
Oklahoma City Oklahoma
Harrisburg Pennsylvania
Indianapolis Indiana
Providence Rhode Island
Austin Texas
Salt Lake City Utah
Montpelier Vermont
Boston Massachusetts
Richmond Virginia
Lansing Michigan
Saint Paul Minnesota
Madison Wisconsin

out of all of them, I'd pick Boston. I haven't spent a whole lot of time in most of them, so picking Boston doesn't mean I don't reserve the right to change my answer in the future, lol.

Jackson, Mississippi
Atlanta, Georgia
Austin, Texas
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
Little Rock, Arkansas
Montgomery, Alabama
Phoenix, Arizona

Nashville, Tennessee.
I have passed through several others, but these are the only ones where I have spent more than a day or two in.
Naturally my favorite is Baton Rouge, my home. My next favorite is probably Nashville.
