Yeah, I would think they are but I think there's an east coast enclave out there. A lot of people like to go out there for golf....and then stay. There are worse places for a young, single guy than Phoenix, that's for sure.

Uhhh, yeah. Considering PHX is usually rated #2 most poverty stricken large city in the USA, that blows his/her ridiculous statement right out of the water. COL is rising here, but wages aren't.

The OP mentioned CALIFORNIA. SEATTLE, DENVER, PORTLAND

Are you now telling me Arizona's COL is on par with those cities??? San Francisco?????
