Minneapolis and St Paul have historically been very open to foreigners. We have large Somalian and Hmong populations. They are both sanctuary cities as well.

Miami Beach sometimes feel like 90 percent foreigners. Some days I do not even hear English, I kid you not the entire day I do not hear anybody speak English outside my job.
