I'm Puerto Rican and I'm with a Filipina girl, we both do allot of traditional cooking, so easy access to ingredients without having to ship them in is beneficial to us.

Bonus points to cities that have lots of various ethnic restaurants, especially the rarer ones.

Queens, yes. Also San Francisco. Maybe LA, but of course much of the city is car-centric and not what most people think of as walkable.

Koreatown in LA has several Asian and Latino ethnic groups living there with restaurants, shops, grocers because it is mainly an immigrant community. Also include East Hollywood area which is just north of Koreatown. But most of LA is quite segregated So while you may have an area with Asian/Latino majorities it is generally 1 Asian ethnic group and one Latino group (Chinese and Mexican) but few other ethnic groups that are sizable enough to call it multiethnic.

Jersey City NJ would also be a good option. The racial makeup of the city was 32.67% (80,885) White, 25.85% (64,002) Black or African American, 0.51% (1,272) Native American, 23.67% (58,595) Asian, 0.07% (161) Pacific Islander, 12.81% (31,726) from other races, and 4.42% (10,956) from two or more races. Hispanics or Latinos of any race were 27.57% (68,256) of the population. Jersey City is very walk-friendly and has PATH subway/rail service in/out of NYC plus surrounding towns. Stations - PATH - The Port Authority of NY & NJ

Perhaps the Nyack NY area may work, as there is a relatively decent amount of both groups(Valley Cottage, South Nyack, West Nyack, etc.) and this offers ways to get around the area: How to Travel Between Nyack and New York City | Life at Nyack

County of Rockland, New York :: Transport of Rockland (TOR)

More: Visit Nyack, New York | One Visit Will Capture Your Heart.

It is smaller, but it is still in the NYC metro.

How about places not NYC? I don't need specifically Puerto Rican markets, I can find 99.99% of Puerto Rican ingredients at most latino markets, the asian markets are the rarer shops in most of the country.
