Also, numbers don't lie. McAllen's metro area is a larger and faster growing area than Abilene. It won't be a "hotspot" anytime in the foreseeable future.

I don't know if anyone mentioned OKC, but it has been on the rise with O&G innovation as well as with the Thunder's presence.
