Recently, I've had a renewed desire for 'cruising', especially in my restored 90' Honda Accord EX. For those who don't know what I'm referring to, it means to drive around your car, looking to explore different sights, sounds and scenery. It could also mean, a person whom simply, likes to drive their vehicle around for hours just for pleasures sake, without anyplace in mind.

Some metropolitan areas are great for cruising because these areas have wide open spaces, a great network of roads, little to no aggressive driving, and light traffic. Then, some metropolitan areas are good because they are similar to that which is considered great but have heavier traffic and slightly aggressive drivers. While some metropolitan areas are deplorable due bad roads, and very heavy, fast and aggressive traffic, which makes cruising a unenjoyable experience. The thread before you, is intended to find out which U.S. and Canadian metropolitan areas, of all population sizes (small, medium and large), do city-data.com forum dwellers consider to be great, good or bad for 'cruising?'
