What are some of the most popular subdivision names in your area?

Around Louisiana, some of the most used names include the Garden District, Broadmoor, Sherwood Forest, Bocage, and River Oaks.

Around here (Albuquerque), they generally involve the words "enchanted" or "canyon".

Everything is Bay, Springs, Isles, Lakes, Cove or Palms. Sometimes even Ranches (what irony).

Alot of the subdivisions around here have "forest" or "trail" or "run" or "creek" in them. IE: Forest Trails, Fox Run, Mill Creek, etc.

All kinds of made up names that attempt to sound Italian or Spanish, but really aren't:
Tartesso, Verrado, Vistancia, Prasado, Val Vista, Versante.

And then of course bomastic sounding names like Anthem.

In NJ, it just matters where something is at. All new or rehabbed apartment/condo communities are the ____ at _____

River Park AT Harrison
The Residences AT Ridgewood
The Lofts AT Grove St Station
The Highlands AT Morristown Station
Valley View AT Montvale
Four Seasons AT Bridgewater
The Lofts AT River Walk
Sea Breeze AT Lacey
The Reserve AT Pond Creek
The Villas AT Manahawkin

Also, no self-respecting suburb would be without a gated condo community called Society Hill.
