We all know those certain small towns that draws people from all over for their charm and setting where many often dream one day I wouldn't mind moving there whether due to the Norman Rockwell-like feel or location on the coast, in the mountains or overlooking an idyllic lake. Mine is Saugatuck, Michigan....what's yours?

I really liked Sausalito, CA.

I don't think I could live in a small town though.

I live in the Bay Area and am not a fan of this area for the most part, however Sausalito is an exception. It's just a town of it's own, away from the crazy life of downtown San Francisco. Plus being on the water helps!

I love Southwest Michigan towns. Saint Joseph, MI in particular, right on the lake. I enjoyed visiting Eureka Springs, AR since it's sooooo different culturally and aesthetically from most small towns in Arkansas. I like Brown County/Nashville, IN. Julian, CA and Idyllwild, CA. I fell in love with Felton, CA near Santa Cruz. Weston, MO is another charming bed-and-breakfast town with some bucolic charm. I also enjoyed visiting Chama, NM.

Telluride, Colorado, it's the perfect mountain town.

Coastal place, Provincetown, MA is a lot of fun, but quiet in the off season with the best scenery on the Cape.

Hawi, Hawaii on the Big Island is pretty idyllic.

It is really so beautiful and peaceful. I couldn't live there since I'm definitely a city boy but I definitely see the appeal.
