I agree with many: Albuquerque definitely fits the bill
But not a great time to arrive here without a job. They're scarce.

Orlando is not affordable for most, especially if renting. The city is wedged between Boston and San Jose for least number of affordable rentals for millennials, with an average salary/job opportunity (for better jobs) far below either.
