As far as I know, Houston has the best local economy right now.

You didn't really give any criteria for what you want though.

cause i want things that exist to some degree in all 3 cities

Tampa - smoking hot babes, not too conservative, warm weather

Houston - wide variety of babes, big city, huge economy

SA - cheap!!!, pretty countryside, laid back, no hurricanes!

going to fly out to tx in the next few weeks, check out Houston and SA, but its a tough choice!

Seriously, I think Houston is the winner here. Lots of "hot babes", and the best job market, etc.

Tough call, but I would go with Tampa. In my opinion, Tampa has all the amenities of the mentioned cities: A growing/competitive job market, good weather throughout the year, with an International Airport that makes travel no hassel, etc, but with a smaller population and proximity to better beaches.

San Antonio is worth looking into. Probably the fastest growing economy in the state of Texas. Tampa is cool place, it's florida. Houston has it's moments, but I would never live there. Houston is flat, very humid and muggy. San Antonio is more attractive, more lively downtown, beautiful hills in the northern suburbs.
