The number of radio stations and bars per 1000 people are actually considered major components for which city is best?? Radio stations are at an all time low in terms of who listens and their influence. Also number of bars is indicative of nothing really other than contributing to a drunkfest versus supporting local/touring talent. The results are pretty ridiculous if one sees Durham-Chapel Hill at #86. Anyone who knows anything about the music scene could substantiate that.
