Statistics are a horrible way of describing why people should go to places.

Also lists like this generally do a crappy job..."safety" is generally just crime, not stuff like whether you can cross the street safely. Weather is subjective. "Attractions" tend to count semi-relevant things vs. the big items most people come for. And so on.
