I only have a passing knowledge of these places (literally, driving through combined with some local and some online chatter) but I think they may be worth a look in east TN. Lenoir City, Loudon, Sewanee, Seymour, Soddy-Daisy, Strawberry Plains.

I posted the States we are somewhat interested in. And most people kind of know the "major cities", but if they don't, then I guess it would help.

I eventually will post in specific area threads, figured it was worth a try to get some knowledge of some towns people already know of that could be an option or worth a look
