Wish I could live in a beach town filled with hot chicks. Tired of living in a lame desert town with nothing but bored married housewives and 50+ year old grandmas. Once I learn web design and start making money, I'm gone. Anyone know any good beach towns?

Here's my wish list:
Has a young demographic (Anything over mid-40s is pushing the boundaries, no can do)
Not filled with liberals (or at least people don't care about politics that much. I'd rather hang out with independents. If I tell an independent I voted for Trump, not one eyebrow is raised. If I told a liberal, they start calling me a Nazi and riot).
Good weather (Even in my lame desert town, it gets too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. I want somewhere with temperatures in the middle)
Lots of things to do within close proximity (I wouldn't want to spend 20 minutes driving to a cinema and then another 20 driving to a restaurant and maybe another 20 trying to drive a date back to her place. Not for me).

I like your confidence that by simply learning web design you will be making money to live on the beaches of paradise. You are asking for perfect weather, less liberals, and the ocean. San Diego

You want a dense, urban beach town filled with conservatives, hot young women and tech jobs? LOL.

I thought San Diego was liberal paradise. They went for Hillary and Obama.
