Salaam alaikum wa ramatullahi wa barakatu

By mild weather I mean somewhere that isn't scorching hot or freezing cold, where you can be comfortable outside in business attire without needing a coat or sweating through your shirt.

I would probably keep a car, but I would only want to use it for things like going to Sam's Club, picking a visitor up from the airport etc. and otherwise keep it stored for most of the year.

I'm a single, Muslim young professional who would like to find a wife within the next 3-4 years without having to go through an arraignment service to meet a foreign woman. That means that there needs to be a big Muslim community, with a variety of people and personalities, not a small ethnic community where everyone is acquainted with one another and the entire community originates from a certain city in a certain country.

If you could tell me a neighborhood, that would be great. I'm not worried about prices or jobs right now, I'm still in the planning stage.

I would suggest Seattle. Check out the Capitol Hill or University District neighborhoods.

Seattle area has a sizable Muslim population, majority of which are from Somalia or other neighboring countries. There are 7,850 Somalis living in the Seattle area. But there are probably larger Muslim populations in California and the east coast. Also Seattle is fairly mild, in winter you rarely need much more than a light jacket and in summer you won't die of heat stroke if you must wear one. It does get rainy in the winters though and many people find it depressing.
