Good Choices. Sans the winter air inversions, I'd prefer the mountain backdrops of Salt Lake City. Or the benefit of both beautiful mountain backdrops AND crisp, clean air of Colorado Springs.

Give Moab, UT LA's climate and drop it a short distance away from coastal Florida's beaches, scatter the best Chicago restaurants, live music venues of Austin and friendly football crazed folk of Athens, GA all around, all with the affordability of a Memphis metro home.
