ummm. You do know this is a NYC forum. That's like going to Rome and saying "which is the best style of food? Italian, French, American, Germen, etc.."

What kind of stupid list is this? You put Omaha and Cleveland on there but no Boston and Philadelphia??

I've only lived in one other actual city (as compared to visited). That isn't on the list either -- Washington, DC!!! Now I can understand wanting to forget some of the more prominent residents, but it's really a nice runner-up level city.

Of those available to choose I made my pick, however I think there are several other cities that might be desirable to live in. You provided larger cities which are ok, but Iím liking smaller locations more. The last time I looked ~ Papillion Nebraska was a very good location and a smaller city outside of Omaha. Iím familiar with the location and lived near there years ago. The only problem I would find is the weather there. That thatís one of the top locations in the country for living.

I choose Philadelphia, but it was a toss-up between Boston and Philly. I love both cities for their preservation of our countries' history.

Life in the Colonies began in part with these two cities. I am a history buff, so they both have my heart.

I, like AksarbeN, do prefer smaller environs and would probably choose Wilbraham, MA. A little known, very small town with a great sense of community and love of the simple life!

I chose Orlando, now I don't want to live there, but it was the best choice for me. If I could list my own city it would be a city on the outskirts of Nashville (Franklin, Spring Hill, Chapel Hill)
