We are looking for a cheap warm year round because of health issues not a lot of humidity due to health issues child friendly and pet friendly cheap and near a store and hospital Any ideas
Parts of Arizona might work. It's very hot, but at least it's dry heat. Any place with year round good temperature, and being close to amenities is usually pretty pricey
Check out Las Cruces NM. It's a nice college town (New Mexico State University) close to much larger El Paso, Texas. It has plenty of amenities, friendly people, safe neighborhoods and a median home price of just 140K.
