Yawn.

A better one would've been, "Sterile" Suburban neighborhood/cities in the North.

Everywhere. Every city in the North I'm sure could fit here.

A better question would be non-gritty non-urban cities in The North.

Define what you mean by "North". Civil-war era North or the northern part of the current US?

As mentioned before, a better thread would be non gritty, sterile or suburban neighborhoods in Northern cities, as all of them have some gritty neighborhoods.
