Just wondering I hear a lot of people on here complaining about sunbelt cities because they're "over run" with transplants and have no soul. But at the same time I feel an overly homogeneous population can turn away potential transplants and cause population to stagnate. I think having a good ratio of these two is a crucial aspect for any city, I'm wondering which one does it the best.
