That would be Trump level trolling. Putting all these cities in competition with each other and then saying "I may open a new headquarters, I may not. I don't know. Then again, I probably will. Who knows? I can't predict the future. But only I know the answer. Stay tuned!"

There will be a new location. Whether it is as relevant as Seattle remains to be seen.

AWS is a big one you forgot, which is probably driving most of their profits

You do realize what Bezos said? There’s a quote along with the link a few posts back. I have trouble believing that Bezos or any CEO would flippantly toss out random statements like this off the cuff. There would be serious financial consequences for any company if analysts observe erratic behavior by that company’s CEO.
