Im not surprised at all. PG has a reputation for being DC's worst area. Washingtonians for the most part don't even venture out to PG County unless they have family or friends there. Also think about the employees, PG won't be high on their list of preffered places to live if they get setup in the DC area.

I hope no one is still blaming Houston's "hurricane problem" when Miami gets hurricanes too.
