Rockford IL has 151,000 people and is about 22% Black and 17% Hispanic.

lol I was thinking the same thing. Nowhere in Texas having a large black or Hispanic population would be unusual to me.

I'm only surprised at Tyler having such a large Hispanic population for it to be located in that part of East Texas, especially with Dallas being nearby. Houston is extremely diverse, it's almost on NYC level of diversity.

It never really surprised me though, it's not like only California and New York can have that level of diversity.

Gaithersburg, Maryland. No one outside of Maryland had ever heard of Gaithersburg. Minorities are evenly divided in Gaithersburg while the white population is still the majority at this time in all of Gaithersburg.

I think most ppl know that Milwaukee has a large Black population though.
